We offer an affordable alternative to your favourites, at a fraction of the price.
While they are crafted with similar notes, they are not replicas or copies and should not be mistaken as such.

Our fragrances are crafted to be exceptionally long-lasting, often exceeding the longevity of designer perfumes.
This is because we use an oil concentration of 30% - the highest in the industry.

Nope! All our perfumes are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, and none of our products are tested on animals.

Exposure to heat, cold, or light may affect the product's performance and longevity.

We're confident you'll love your fragrances but on the off chance you don't, you can return any items you’re not satisfied with within 30 days of shipping for a full refund!
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via the Contact form or via DM on Instagram (@essarifragrances).
Additionally, a photo of the item is required for the return to be authorized as part of the return request procedure.

We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (CET), and will answer any questions within 24 working hours during this time.
Please do not send messages on multiple formats as they are answered in order of receiving them.

Don't worry, we got you! If you have concerns about your order, reach out to us via the Contact form with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Our team is available to answer emails from 9 am to 5 pm. We aim to answer all emails within 1-2 working days.

We're super sorry to hear your fragrance was either damaged or stolen! We’ve introduced Shipping Protection to give you peace of mind during delivery.
By adding Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage during shipping.
If an issue occurs, you can file a claim by reaching out via the Contact form, and we’ll resolve it within 1-2 business days with a reorder or refund.
Note that Shipping Protection does not cover orders with inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
