We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your scent, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please review the details below for eligibility and return instructions.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused or lightly tested (sprayed no more than a few times) and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

We accept returns on opened products if you are dissatisfied with the scent. However, heavily used items are not eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please email our support team at essarifragrances@gmail.com, or send us a DM on IG (@essarifragrances) with a photo of the item from above, as photographic evidence is required for return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.

  3. Reach out to your bank. Processing times may vary.


Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. To exchange a fragrance for another scent, email us at essarifragrances@gmail.com with your request and include a photo of the item. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.


Miscellaneous

You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless otherwise specified.

To ensure your return is received, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
